Terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and the EDITFLOW team ("we") for using the EDITFLOW app and EDITFLOW Pro. By downloading or using EDITFLOW you accept them.
1. Your license
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use EDITFLOW on computers you own or control.
- Free plan: one new video a day, with every feature.
- Pro: unlimited videos while your subscription is active and paid.
EDITFLOW is licensed, not sold; we keep all rights not expressly given to you.
2. What you may not do
- Share, sell or publish your license key, or use one key beyond its activation limit.
- Get around the plan limits or license checks, or modify, crack, decompile or reverse-engineer EDITFLOW, except where the law allows it despite this term.
- Redistribute, rent or resell EDITFLOW, or offer it as a service to others.
3. Your content and responsible use
You choose the videos EDITFLOW works with and you're responsible for them and for what you make and share. You agree to:
- use only footage you own or have permission to use, and respect copyright and the terms of the platforms you download from (such as TikTok and YouTube);
- respect people's rights to their image and privacy;
- not use EDITFLOW to create or share content that deceives people about who someone is or what they did, impersonates anyone, harasses, defames or sexualises anyone, involves minors inappropriately, or breaks the law.
We may end your license if you break these rules.
4. Pro subscription and payment
Pro costs US$5 per month plus any applicable taxes, sold through our reseller Lemon Squeezy (the Merchant of Record), whose buyer terms also apply to the purchase. It renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the customer portal or your receipt email; Pro then stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. If we change the price, we'll tell you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

6. Third-party software and services
EDITFLOW includes and downloads free third-party software, each under its own license (listed in the app's licenses folder). It works with services we don't control — TikTok, YouTube, Google, Lemon Squeezy and the tools' download servers. If one of them changes or stops working, parts of EDITFLOW may stop working until we update it.
7. No warranty
EDITFLOW is provided "as is". We work to make it reliable, but we don't promise it will be free of errors, that every cut, effect or clip will be matched perfectly, or that it fits a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Ending
You can stop using EDITFLOW any time. We may suspend or end your license if you seriously break these terms. Sections 3, 7, 8 and 11 continue to apply after it ends.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new date. If a change matters for Pro, we'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel before it applies.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the EDITFLOW team is based, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.
