Checked by eye on 25 TikToks: 98% of cuts found, 95% on the exact frame. Every finished video gets a timing score.
Frame-exact cuts
Hard cuts, jump cuts inside the same scene, dissolves — found where they happen, not where motion or a flash fools a detector.
The effects, recreated
Flashes, zoom punches, shakes, fades, black & white, crossfades and picture in picture — at the same moments, on the same part of the frame.
Texts in place
On-screen texts are read and drawn again where and when they appear — and you can edit what they say.
Keep the originals you like

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller (Merchant of Record): it takes care of the card, taxes and your receipts. Pro comes as a license key by email — paste it in EDITFLOW (click the plan badge at the top right → Activate). Prices in US dollars; local taxes may apply. Manage or cancel your subscription.
Download
One zip, nothing to install. Everything EDITFLOW needs comes with it or is fetched on the first start.
- Download the zip (about 520 MB).
- Unzip it anywhere you like — right-click → Extract All (Documents is fine).
- Double-click EDITFLOW.exe. The first start downloads the free tools it uses (FFmpeg, Deno, Chromium and a face model — about 660 MB) straight from their makers, with progress. Then it opens — and a short tour shows you around.
"Windows protected your PC"? Windows shows this for new apps it hasn't seen many times yet. Click More info → Run anyway. EDITFLOW only asks for what a normal app uses — no administrator rights.

Questions
Do I need an account?
No. The free plan works right away. If you buy Pro, the email you pay with and the license key you receive are your "account" — there's no password to remember.
How do I activate Pro?
After paying you get a license key by email. In EDITFLOW, click the plan badge at the top right (FREE · …) → paste the key → Activate. The key works on your computers up to the activation limit shown at checkout.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from the customer portal (or the link in your receipt email). Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for, then EDITFLOW goes back to the free plan.
What counts as a video on the free plan?
Each new edit you generate. Updating the edit you made today (swapping clips, changing a slot) doesn't count again. The count starts over every day.
Are my videos uploaded anywhere?
No. EDITFLOW downloads the links you give it and does all the work on your PC. The only optional exception: if you add your own Google Gemini key in Settings and switch it on, some frames of the TikTok are sent to Google to describe effects. It's off by default. See the privacy policy.
Which links work?
TikTok links (or a TikTok video file) as the edit to recreate; YouTube links and video files as the footage of the person. You can also drop your own images and videos into any slot.
Can I use any video?
Only footage you own or have permission to use, and please respect people: don't use EDITFLOW to deceive, impersonate, harass or make sexual content of anyone. You're responsible for what you make and share — see the terms.
Is there a Mac version?
Not yet — EDITFLOW is for Windows 10 and 11.
